Mike Klonne built a successful career from entry level sales to President and CEO. He played a major part and led the growth of Findley Adhesives from a $20 Million, regional company to a $300 Million global company which led to the ultimate sale of the company to Bostik, S.A. Mike served as CEO of Bostik, Inc, a subsidiary of Bostik, S.A., of Paris France, for nearly 15 years helping grow Bostik, Inc.'s revenue to $1 Billion with over 1,000 employees at 20 sites across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Mike has served on the Board of Directors since 2017.
Ryan serves as Corporation's Chief Executive Officer and has served in various other capacities in operations and technology within the company for over six years. Prior to joining the Corporation, Ryan was in technology consulting.

He is also a founding partner in several other companies including the Endowment Development Group, a Houston-based life insurance company specializing in placing large multimillion dollar life insurance policies throughout the U.S. market. Mr. Adams founded Murphy Adams Restaurant Group in 2007, which owns and operates Mama Fu's Asian House restaurants throughout the southeast United States, and currently serves as its Chairman and Co-Founder. In 2008, Mr. Adams founded Small Business United, LLC, a non-profit organization that supports small businesses, and currently serves as its chairman. Also in 2008, Mr. Adams co-founded ETMG (Employers Trust Management Group), LLC. Additionally in 2008, Mr. Adams is the winner of the 2008 Prestigious Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Central Texas. Before opening his own companies, his career with global public companies such as Xerox and Johnson & Johnson (1985-1988), began in 1988, Mr. Adams then spent the next 12 years at Bostik Adhesives where he served in senior management, sales and strategic business management roles for their worldwide markets in North America, Latin America, Asia, and Europe. In 1997, Mr. Adams then served as Global Sales Director for Bostik and General Manager of Bostiks J.V. Company Nitta-Findley based in Osaka, Japan and later purchased a minority interest in Ward Adhesives, Inc. and served as General Manager, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Adams is also an advisory board member for the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University. Additionally, Mr. Adams has served as a director of Murphy Adams Restaurant Group, LLC, X-Pel, Inc., KLD Energy Technologies, Inc., Powerstations, LLC, School U, LLC, Monitium, LLC and Affordable Housing Development Fund, and as a manager of Belize Grocery, LLC, Belize Casino Village, LLC and Top Partners, LLC,. He has also serves as chief executive officer of ETMG (Employers Test Management Group), LLC.
Rick Crumly has been investing in start-up companies and other entrepreneurial ventures for more than 30 years. Rick has been involved in ventures ranging from consumer products to telecommunications from start-up to the transition to the public marketplace. Rick also has years of experience investing in various real estate ventures, from raw land to developed properties. Rick also has interests in the timepiece and estate jewelry market. Rick graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science.
John is a co-founder and managing partner of two ambulatory surgical centers, a national employee benefits company and an international direct sales company with over 3,500 distributors, all based in Central Texas. John has co-founded eight companies in his career. He has substantial experience as a founder and executive of entrepreneurial ventures, primarily in the areas of healthcare, direct sales, and insurance. John serves on the boards of two non-profit organizations, one of which is Small Business United, an organization that promotes the interests of small businesses on a national scale. John graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate Development.

Barry has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since June 2016. Barry is responsible for the Company’s Finance/Accounting, Risk Management, Treasury Management, Investor Relations and Corporate Development functions. Prior to joining the Company, Barry served as Vice President – Dispensing Operations for Optum Rx (previously Catamaran Home Delivery), Chief Financial Officer of PTRX, Inc., a pharmacy benefits and prescription home delivery company and served in various executive finance roles with AT&T (formerly SBC Communication, Inc.). Prior to this, Barry served as an Audit Manager for Ernst & Young. Barry holds an MBA from University of Texas – Dallas and a Bachelor of Science – Accountancy degree from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. Barry also holds Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant designations.
